This unique globe is hand blown by skilled artisans to create a globe with spheres of glass strands that make this globe so beautiful and eye catching. It begins with a ball of molten hot glass, then formed and rolled into color glass granules to provide the design that makes these globes so unique and beautiful. What began as recycled clear glass is transformed by color glass granules that are added which helps create the glass strands inside the globe which are highly beautiful and visible as well. It has a large loop on the top for hanging or can be turned over and placed in a gazing globe stand. Since they are hand blown, no two are the same or exact, creating a unique and somewhat irregular shape which is consistent with the size of a grapefruit. They are complete sealed so can be used to float in a pond or hung as a sun catcher in a window or with the chrome Shepherds hook which comes with the globe. The hook can be made taller or shorted by adding or deleting sections of the hook that screw together. This sun catcher will radiate colors and beauty that will make you glad you can have something this beautiful in your home or outdoor space. Shepherds hook is 30 inches tall. Globe size varies between 5 to 6 inches in diameter and somewhat longer in height.
